Group consolidates its leadership in regional hotel development by expanding its portfolio and strengthening its brands

São Paulo, February 26, 2026 – Accor, a global leader in hospitality, announced its financial results for 2025. The Group reported revenue of €5.639 billion, an increase of 4.5% compared with the previous year, while RevPAR grew by 4.2%. In addition, it achieved EBITDA of €1.2 billion, representing growth of 13% compared with 2024. By the end of December 2025, the Group already had a global portfolio of 5,836 hotels (881,427 rooms) and a pipeline of 1,527 hotels (more than 257,000 rooms).

In the Americas region, Accor now has a total of 107,270 rooms and 569 hotels under 31 brands, with 114 Luxury & Lifestyle hotels (32,709 rooms) and 455 hotels (74,561 rooms) in the Premium, Midscale & Economy division, as well as a pipeline of 153 hotels (21,969 rooms). The Americas region recorded a 7.4% increase in RevPAR compared with 2024.

Strong Momentum in the Premium, Midscale & Economy Division

The Premium, Midscale & Economy (PM&E) Americas division achieved a 10.2% increase in RevPAR compared with 2024. The Group also opened 23 PM&E hotels (approximately 5,200 rooms), 11 of which operate under the franchise model, strengthening its presence in strategic markets such as Argentina, Brazil, the United States, and Mexico. Highlights include TRIBE Belo Horizonte Savassi, marking the debut of the TRIBE brand in Brazil, and Treasure Island TI – Las Vegas Hotel & Casino Handwritten Collection, which became the largest hotel in Accor’s global portfolio with 2,884 rooms, symbolizing the Group’s arrival on the main avenue of Las Vegas in the United States. In addition, Accor reached one of Brazil’s leading ecotourism destinations with ibis Styles Bonito and strengthened its presence in key destinations with Novotel Uberlândia, ibis Styles Fortaleza Giga Mall, and ibis Styles Foz do Iguaçu.

Results in the Americas in 2025 represent very consistent milestones in our growth strategy for the region. We achieved double-digit RevPAR, accelerated our development, and sustainably strengthened our pipeline. These figures reflect not only the strength of our business model but also the confidence of partners in our ecosystem, which integrates operational performance, digital innovation, and recurring models such as our subscriptions and strategic partnerships that expand our presence and generate long-term value for Accor,” says Thomas Dubaere, CEO Accor Americas for the Premium, Midscale & Economy Division.

The accelerated pace of growth was also reflected in development. Throughout the year, Accor signed 36 new contracts within the PM&E Americas division. The partnership with Royal Holiday Group resulted in the addition of 17 properties, including 11 resorts and urban hotels located in Argentina, the United States, Mexico, and Puerto Rico, which will operate under the Swissôtel, Mercure, Mercure Living, and ibis Styles brands.

Another significant milestone was the signing of Nui João Pessoa Handwritten Collection, the first Handwritten Collection hotel in Brazil, a brand that offers a genuine hospitality experience reflecting the host’s personality and personal touches.

Additionally, Accor will expand its premium segment portfolio with the addition of Swissôtel Santo Domingo Jardines de Bellas Artes, the brand’s first hotel in the Dominican Republic. For 2026, the expectation is to maintain this pace of expansion.

Pioneering Luxury and Lifestyle Development in the Americas

In addition to the Group’s focus on Premium, Midscale, and Economy, Accor also operates more than 100 luxury and lifestyle hotels across the Americas, with plans to expand this presence ambitiously in the coming years. In 2025, the Group made several exciting announcements and celebrated important milestones across the category, continuing to build its robust development pipeline. Among the highlights of the past year, Sofitel, the ambassador of French luxury and culture around the world, completed full renovations at Sofitel Montreal Golden Mile and Sofitel New York, followed by major reopenings. In Brazil, the brand is also preparing for the grand reopening of Sofitel Rio de Janeiro Ipanema at the end of 2026, following an extensive renovation that will restore the hotel’s French spirit and modern luxury. The brand has also recently announced the arrival of Sofitel-branded residences in Puerto Madero, Argentina. In Mexico, Mayaliah Tulum Residences by MGallery is planned for 2027. Continuing its expansion in the Americas, the brand will also welcome The Whimsy Saint-Martin – MGallery Collection in 2026. Anticipation also continues to grow for Faena São Paulo, scheduled to open in 2029 as the award-winning brand’s first project in Brazil, featuring a mix of hotel rooms, residences, a cultural arts center, exceptional restaurants, and the brand’s transformative hospitality experience.

Representing Accor in the lifestyle segment, Ennismore, the fastest-growing lifestyle hospitality company, opened SLS Playa Mujeres all-inclusive in 2025, bringing something new to the Yucatán Peninsula. Rixos, a global pioneer in the all-inclusive segment, also announced a bold entry into the Americas last year with properties planned for Cancún, Cozumel, and Puerto Vallarta. Surrounded by white sand beaches and the shimmering waters of the Caribbean Sea, Rixos Cancún will invite guests, by the end of 2026, to discover a world of possibilities at the 345-room resort. Scheduled for early this year, the reopening of Delano Miami Beach will reimagine one of the most historic names in hospitality, opening a bold new chapter for this iconic destination. Ennismore also has exciting expansion plans in Mexico for this year, with Hyde Mexico City Reforma scheduled to open in a prime location on the iconic Paseo de la Reforma, and Mama Shelter Mexico City opening in Roma Norte, one of the city’s most vibrant neighbourhoods.

Experience as the Central Axis

Throughout the year, Accor launched new gastronomic concepts in different countries across the Americas, always integrated with the design and brand identity of the hotels. Projects such as Macáya Gastronomia at Pullman São Paulo Ibirapuera, Lolatella Trattoria at Novotel São Paulo Berrini, and initiatives in countries such as Peru, Chile, and Mexico reflect this vision, combining signature gastronomy, contemporary ambience, and experiences that engage both guests and external visitors.

One of the highlights is the renovation of Pullman São Paulo Ibirapuera, which included not only the creation of a new restaurant but also the refurbishment of the rooms and the launch of the Premium Executive – Clean Beauty category. With the use of natural and sustainable materials, earthy tones, and exclusive furniture, the new concept enhances the integration of spaces, promotes wellbeing, and translates the essence of the Pullman brand into a more fluid, sophisticated, and welcoming experience. The same approach guides the modernizations carried out in ibis hotels in São Paulo, which now feature new gastronomic concepts and redesigned social areas to encourage meetings, informal work, and leisure moments. This repositioning follows a broader Accor strategy to update design and implement new social spaces in properties located in cities such as São Paulo, Uberlândia, Belo Horizonte, São Luís, and Campo Grande, aligning architecture, gastronomy, and entertainment with the demands of contemporary urban life.

Technology Serving Performance

Accor achieved consistent progress in the digitalization and modernization of its processes, focusing on operational efficiency, security, and enhanced experience for guests, partners, and teams. In 2025, 100% of managed PM&E hotels in the Americas began operating with IDEAS, a Revenue Management system based on artificial intelligence and machine learning, enabling dynamic pricing and more strategic and integrated revenue optimization.

The digital transformation also reached the finance area, which developed its own internal application for the digitalization of operational controls. In just one year, the initiative eliminated more than 370,000 sheets of paper across 40 hotels, representing a 63% reduction in paper use for front desk controls. In addition to environmental gains, the solution brought greater security, traceability, and operational efficiency, and enabled remote audits. Accor also advanced the modernization of hotels’ technological infrastructure with the implementation of Opera Cloud, a property management system, in 97% of PM&E properties in the Americas, as well as the introduction of self-service check-in kiosks, reinforcing a more connected, agile, and guest-centric operation.

The Strength of Our Brands

Marketing initiatives in 2025 played a fundamental role in strengthening the brands within the Group’s portfolio. The second phase of the ibis megabrand campaign “Go Get It” reached more than 100 million people in Brazil, Chile, and Mexico and reinforced attributes such as location, comfort, breakfast, and hospitality. The brand’s strength was internationally recognized with the title of #1 hotel brand in Brazil in the World’s Best Brands 2025 ranking by TIME magazine.

Our brands also announced new positioning aligned with the trends of our current guests. In November 2025, Pullman announced its global brand transformation and the creation of the international platform Pullman xChange, focused on the exchange of ideas and experiences. The new positioning aims to spark genuine connections between different people, cultures, and worlds. More than simply hosting guests, Pullman acts as a catalyst for encounters and experiences. The Novotel brand began 2026 by announcing its new positioning, Longevity Everyday, aligned with wellbeing and sustainability trends that guide contemporary travelers. The direction aims to create experiences that promote rest, balanced nutrition, movement, and connection during the stay, a natural evolution of a brand that has always placed people and balance at the center of its proposition.

In the Loyalty segment, 2025 marked the evolution of ALL Accor as a loyalty program and unified booking platform aimed at end consumers. The program reached 17 million members in the Americas, half of them in Brazil, who now account for 40% of room nights booked in the region. Throughout the year, more than one billion points were transferred from partners to ALL Accor.

The ALL Signature subscription club completed three years with revenue growth of 71% compared with 2024, reinforcing the strength of the loyalty model.

A highlight was the campaign with Azul Linhas Aéreas that allowed customers to accumulate points simultaneously on both programs when flying with the airline and staying at Accor hotels. The initiative also included the launch of a themed aircraft featuring the ALL Accor brand.

Sustainability: Measurable Impact and Responsible Innovation

In the field of sustainability, Accor maintained its leading position in 2025, making consistent progress in consolidating responsible practices across the Americas region. The Group surpassed the milestone of 150 hotels with sustainable certification, supported by recognized global and local labels such as Green Key in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru, as well as Hoteles Más Verdes in Argentina and Sello S in Chile, reinforcing our commitment to international environmental management standards.

Among the highlights of the year was the launch of a project focused on calculating the carbon footprint of food served in hotels, in partnership with the French startup Fullsoon. The initiative assigns climate impact labels to dishes, guiding more conscious customer choices and encouraging chefs to develop low-carbon recipes. The pilot project was implemented at the GREEM restaurant at Novotel São Paulo Morumbi and expanded to the network’s eight hotels in Belém during COP 30, increasing its visibility and reach.

Astore, Accor’s Procurement Platform, generated savings of €4 million for hotels, with the addition of more than 120 newly approved suppliers. In 2025, Astore also intensified its actions towards a more sustainable supply chain. Highlights include the expanded use of efficient showers and taps priced 40% below market levels, and support for the energy transition of 150 hotels with 100% renewable solutions.

The Group also expanded its partnership with the food tech Food to Save, transforming what would have been waste into real impact: 14,900 bags sold, 37.5 tons of food saved, 94 kg of CO₂ avoided by preventing the improper disposal of these foods, and R$ 184,000 (about EUR 30,341) in direct revenue for hotels, strengthening operations and increasing profitability.

In Brazil, Accor also achieved the bronze seal of the Brazilian GHG Protocol Program, publicly disclosing, for the first time, its inventory of Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, with data audited by an independent company, reinforcing transparency and credibility in environmental management. Accor also stood out in the region’s main workplace climate and diversity rankings, appearing among the best companies in the Great Place to Work rankings across the Americas.
